Calonge est bien plus qu’une cidrerie ; c’est l’histoire vivante d’une passion transmise de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration en g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Tout a commenc\u00e9 avec notre grand-p\u00e8re, dont la vision a transform\u00e9 la tradition familiale. <\/p>\n

Il a choisi de quitter le monde de l’\u00e9levage pour se consacrer \u00e0 l’art du cidre, remplissant nos premi\u00e8res barriques du fruit de son travail et de sa passion\u2026 et de cidre, bien s\u00fbr.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Son fils, Joxe Krutz, a repris le flambeau de Calonge avec la m\u00eame passion et le m\u00eame engagement. Pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, nous nous sommes consacr\u00e9s exclusivement \u00e0 l’\u00e9laboration du cidre, en pr\u00e9servant chaque \u00e9tape de ce savoir-faire traditionnel.
En 1986, nous avons franchi une nouvelle \u00e9tape en ouvrant les portes de la cidrerie au public pendant la saison du txotx, invitant chacun \u00e0 partager notre tradition. <\/p>\n

Calonge est rest\u00e9e fid\u00e8le \u00e0 ce mod\u00e8le saisonnier pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es. Puis, en 2003, nous avons ouvert un nouveau chapitre avec une r\u00e9novation compl\u00e8te, nous permettant d’\u00e9voluer et d’offrir une exp\u00e9rience encore plus belle \u00e0 tous ceux qui nous rendent visite. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Aujourd’hui, troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de la famille, nous dirigeons Calonge avec la fiert\u00e9 de nos racines et la volont\u00e9 de regarder vers l’avenir.<\/p>\n

Nous le faisons aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d’une \u00e9quipe exceptionnelle, fid\u00e8le \u00e0 l’h\u00e9ritage qui nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 transmis.<\/p>\n
